When you have chosen your puppy they will need to be picked up at 8 weeks of age. If you need to wait to pick your puppy up it will be a ten dollar a day fee, of taking care of your puppy. No exceptions. I am not kennel. When you decide on a puppy or being on the wait list please plan ahead to take some time off of work to be with your puppy. This is a big commitment. When I have to hold your puppy for a couple of weeks longer your losing valuable time of bonding and for that puppy to understand your environment. Experts say from three weeks too 12 weeks are huge development stage that should not be missed.

To reserve your spot on the list we require a 250.00 non-refundable service deposit. This deposit is a service that I provide for you, by updating you on puppies sending pictures, talking with you giving you whatever you need to find your next family member. The deposit goes towards the purchase price of your puppy. Deposit is non-refundable no exceptions because this is a service!
If for some reason we are unable to provide you with a puppy that will fit you and your family your deposit will be transferred to a future litter.
If you have already chosen a puppy and the puppy is 49 days of age and you change your mind about the puppy deposit is no longer transferable or refundable.

The Buyer has 36 hours from the time of receipt of a puppy to have puppy examined by a Veterinarian. Any request to return the puppy to the Seller for a full refund due to health issues must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the puppy prove to be sick upon arrival. Proof of examination must be provided. Should the puppy be found to be in poor health, of a serious nature, Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement puppy if the puppy is found to be in ill health within 36 hours. The seller reserves the right to get a second opinion.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Puppies can become stressed by the change in environment. Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidia, upper respiratory, kennel cough, girardia, worms, etc. may occur and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of you, (the buyer), not the seller, and should be checked by a licensed Vet. These and other minor health problems are not covered by this guarantee. And minor problem that can be cured by medication is not covered by this guarantee. Any existing conditions listed in advance will not be covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not include any injuries or problems the puppy develops due to neglect or abuse by the new owner.

Our puppies are raised in a non-kennel environment where they are allowed to experience the world as they grow. They are taken out for little romps and walks on our property. They walk over the ground where the deer have been, the chatty squirrel that loves to tease them, and the numerous roaming cats that love to search for mice in the fields. Our puppies enjoy learning about life and living in the real world, which means they are exposed to real world things, like giardia and coccidia. We do everything we can to prevent this but we will not restrict our puppies to a kennel life. Puppies can be infected with giardia by simple things such as walking over dirt and licking their paws, drinking water from a puddle, licking the grass where a wild bird pooped, etc..
